Brian had a 100 percent completion rate on that drive. It only took four plays for Brian, to hit Jimmy for his second catch on a crossing pattern in the left corner of the inzone as he scrambled to the left.

On the next possession, the Mobb, once again took no prisoners on offense. Our HARD-hitting safety, Jason (new) broke up the extra point. The All Stars went for a 1 – point conversion, but it seemed that the touchdown and bad call just pissed the Mobb off. The first was incomplete and the second, Brian was boxed out in the End Zone. The All stars tried to exploit a small height advantage of our Left Defensive Back, Brian, by throwing two long bombs during this possession. Right Linebacker Cheryl started strong by knocking down a pass that could have been intercepted as she demonstrated great anticipation and timing. The All stars took possession as the mobb tried to regroup from the bad call earlier. Brian and Chris spoke to this referee for clarification and they were not able to get clarification. We were sure to score on the next play, but apparently the referee, who wouldn’t give his name, called it 4th down and hence a change of possession to the All Stars. As we were in scoring position, tasting blood, it was 3rd Down and Closed, and the pass went incomplete on the play. Cheryl had a great all hand above the head catch and run for ten yards during this same possession. Brian hit Antonio and Jimmy with laser strikes for first downs.

The Mobb took the first offensive possession straight down field. The first half started off in strange fashion. First off thanks to Don for writing the Goodie Mobb report! Enjoy reading about our victory over the All Stars.
